Mayavi is Agam Theatre Lab’s reimagining of The Wizard of Oz—a playful, heartfelt journey through imagination, courage, and belonging. When a young child is swept into a strange and wondrous world, she meets unlikely companions searching for bravery, wisdom, and heart. Through ensemble-driven storytelling, physical theatre, music, and humour, Agam transforms a beloved classic into a contemporary stage experience that speaks to both children and adults. Mayavi reminds us that what we seek most is often already within us—and that home is found not on a road of gold, but in love, courage, and connection.

Our exciting process-driven theatre programme designed to nurture creativity, confidence and collaboration. Through fun workshops, students will explore acting, storytelling and stagecraft.

At the end of the programme, students will have the opportunity to showcase their growth and talents in a live carousel  performance of The Beanstalk (adapted from Jack and the Beanstalk) before an audience - an unforgettable experience for every child!
