Sabara Town, is now self-sufficient in water and is doing well enough to embark on bath spas, premium bottled water plants for the clients of water connoisseurs of the world and even indulge its inhabitants in water theme parks and recreational activities. This is controlled by Sabara Corporation, whose CEO is Mr Ahmad Mohtar. Sabara Corporation also happens to be an investment wing of the local township, whose Mayor is Harry Cho Beng Huat. 

The Corporation operates the largest industry in Sabara Town and employs 35% of its inhabitants. All this, thanks to its breakthrough water purification technology – by its leading scientist, Dr Joanna Neo Seok Chin. However, activities in Kherson Town, another nearby island have steadily threatened the quality and therefore, the longevity of the water supply in Sabara. Kherson Town is also the largest supplier of food resources to Sabara Town. 

What ensues is a true, if not always palatable picture of life – and that truth is more important than critical approbation.
